TEST BENCHES
The test benches are used for testing injection nozzle opening pressure, leakage Spray pattern,
atomization & chatter characteristic tests.
The test benches are suitable for wide range of fuel injection pumps including rotary and distributor types and covers every possible requirement for testing the full range of pumps. Very high precision indeed is demanded for the fuel delivery, port closing and speed control of modern diesel fuel injection systems-primarily so that optimum fuel consumption/power output ratios can be achieved.
Only a test bench which has adequate drive power and good even running
characteristics, exact speed control and a stiff non-distorting bed can
guarantee precise adjustment of pumps, governors and timing devices.
We manufacture and supply fuel injection pump test benches. These equipments
are used for checking, adjusting and testing of fuel injection pumps under
normal operating conditions.
The test benches are constructed in modular fashion and with a high degree
of adjustability. They readily can be adapted and recalibrated to test
accessories from engines on which Independence has not previously worked.
