DIAPHRAGM

Diaphragm is a part of pneumatic governor. The main function of the governor is to maintain a nearly constant speed at any point between the idling speed and the maximum speed position. Pneumatic governors has been designed to provide sensitive speed control within the entire operating range of the engine.




All the components of the diaphragms are manufactured using highly trained personnel on power press and spm's. The membrane used, which plays a pivotal role functionally, is of very superior quality. These are checked 100% for surface quality, porosity, and other parameters.
The assembly is carried out in a clean and dust free environment. The assembly is done on a transfer line which is specially designed inhouse to meet the ever increasing demand for the product.
Each diaphragm is leak tested under controlled conditions.
